Desk Reservation System(DRS)
Goal: Design and built a hardware and software solution that allows users to reserve a space in public for a predefined amount of time because finding open space in public areas can be difficult.
High-Level Requirement:
The desk module knows the status of each desk and if a reservation is made.
The desk module will verify if a user is present and alert the user on the LCD if they exceed their reservation time.
For this project, it was a group of three. I focused on the electrical aspect of the project: designing and fabricating the PCB, specking out components, and writing low-level firmware for the module.
